Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, enter your e-mail address and choose Forgot password. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, sign in with the same button again.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you change or cancel them there: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.

Someone in a group

To report a message or a person, press and hold the message in the group chat and choose Report. You can also block someone; it hides their messages and ends sharing between you.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Account → Delete account. It takes effect right away.

Can't get into the app? E-mail support@halflighthunting.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

Deleting removes your account, your markers, harvests, trail cameras, forecast spots, photos and everything you shared. Groups you own go to another member if you hand them over first; otherwise they stay without an owner. Messages you posted in groups stay, shown as from a deleted user. Backups roll over within a few weeks. See the privacy policy for more.
